There were many requests to add a javascript keyboard on [:http://sampada.net|Sampada] on the lines of a Marathi site, but I was caught contemplating about the pros and cons of adding such a thing on Sampada.

Adding a javascript IME might create issues for the TinyMCE rich text editor available since that one relies on Javascript, as well. Things might also get messy for users who do have IMEs already installed on their Operating Systems.

For past two weeks, many emails have landed in my mailbox asking theme updates for Wordpress 2.0, on few of the themes I had made available earlier. Here they are finally, and on time too. Wordpress 2.0 was released just few days back. So, I didn't let you all down, anyway. :)

I've updated the ones which were most downloaded, updates for other three would follow. You can [:wordpress_themes|download the updated themes from here] (look for the 1.4 versions).

This list is an outcome of the lengthy discussion on at orkut's kannada community. I just thought it'd be nice to repost all those that were mentioned there and more in Unicode for easy readability. Here you go...
