KaMglish to Unicode converter on Sampada

There were many requests to add a javascript keyboard on [:http://sampada.net|Sampada] on the lines of a Marathi site, but I was caught contemplating about the pros and cons of adding such a thing on Sampada.

Adding a javascript IME might create issues for the TinyMCE rich text editor available since that one relies on Javascript, as well. Things might also get messy for users who do have IMEs already installed on their Operating Systems.
The best idea probably would be to either go for a browser plugin that lets you input Kannada or get people to install IMEs on their Operating Systems.

For the moment, though, (thanks to the [:http://www.iit.edu/~laksvij/language/|ILC script]) I could add a [:http://sampada.net/converter|converter page] on Sampada to convert KaMglish to Unicode. So, something atleast now for those who say "I'm browsing from an Internet Cafe" or "I don't have an IME installed here yet". This might serve as a temperory solution for all of them.

The ILC script is simple, and neat. I just had to modify the mapping on the original script a little to get the [:http://baraha.com/html_help/sdk_docs/kantrans_eng.htm|Baraha scheme] in place. The letters 'ಜ್ಞ, ಞ, ಙ' are the only exceptions (doesn't matter much since they're not the most often used ones).
