This is a board used for a game called 'attaguNi maNe aata' or 'chennamaNe aata'. Quite popular in Rural Karnataka. We've played this as kids.

Usually Tamarind seeds or Gulaganji (Adenanthera pavonina) is used and distributed in 5 numbers to each of the circular 'mane' or 'home'.
